The customer is obliged to provide the necessary information for the recipient, the full name, complete and correct address where the arrangement flower will be delivered, specifying whether it is a home, commerce, office or other as well as the phone number or cell of the same. Any mistake or lack of information, will not be responsible Secret.

OUR SERVICE INCLUDES A HOME DELIVERY OF COLLECTIVE TYPE, in case of a second visit this will result in another charge that the customer will pay. To ensure the best service we ask to the customer provides us a rank of delivery schedule. It is understood that it is the customer responsibility to verify that the recipient is in these times. If we not find anyone at home the dealer will follow the following procedure:

• Wait 15 min. for delivery of the flower arrangement, if not found anyone, our collaborator will contact a neighbor to do us the favor of giving the flower arrangement indicating to whom it is addressed, under a format delivering quality and current condition of the product, then we will communicate telephonically the recipient to confirm delivery of the settlement.
• If there is no neighbor or refusal to receive this, a notice will be left in the recipient's address notifying you contact us for delivery of this. Also we try to notify the customer by telephone what happened (only local clients) or via email. (Local and foreign clients).
